Privacyverklaring
sip bewaart wat je drinkt, enkel om je maandbudget bij te houden, en verkoopt of deelt die gegevens nooit voor reclame. Deze verklaring geldt voor de app sip en de website sipapp.eu. Ze zegt welke gegevens we bijhouden, waarom, wie ze ziet en welke rechten je hebt.
Wie is verantwoordelijk
WIT bv, Villastraat 32, 3120 Tremelo, ondernemingsnummer 0666.972.295, is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van je gegevens. Voor alle vragen over privacy mail je naar privacy@sipapp.eu. We antwoorden binnen een maand.
Welke gegevens sip bijhoudt
sip vraagt alleen wat nodig is om je budget bij te houden. Je drinkgegevens zijn gevoelig: ze zeggen iets over je levensstijl en mogelijk over je gezondheid. Daarom behandelen we ze met de strengste regels.

Je kan je toestemming altijd intrekken. Voor je consumptiegegevens betekent dat: je verwijdert je account, want zonder die gegevens werkt sip niet. sip neemt geen geautomatiseerde beslissingen over jou en maakt geen profielen voor reclame.
Wie je gegevens ziet
Alleen jij, en je buddy als je er een koppelt. We verkopen je gegevens nooit en delen ze nooit met adverteerders.
- Je buddy ziet je naam, je maandbudget en je consumpties, ook je notities. Ontkoppel je, dan ziet je buddy vanaf dat moment niets meer.
- Onze dienstverleners verwerken gegevens enkel in onze opdracht, met een verwerkersovereenkomst:

- Apple en Google leveren de app via hun App Store en Google Play. Wat ze daarbij verwerken, valt onder hun eigen privacybeleid.
- Overheden krijgen gegevens alleen als de wet ons daartoe verplicht.
In de app meet Google Analytics alleen welke schermen en functies je gebruikt, en enkel als je dat toelaat. Wat je drinkt, wanneer en hoeveel, gaat nooit mee. Op de website sipapp.eu staan geen meet- of advertentiediensten van derden; zie het cookiebeleid.
Waar en hoe lang we bewaren
Je app-gegevens staan op een server in België en blijven daar tot je je account verwijdert.

Je rechten
Je hebt altijd het recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering en een kopie van je gegevens. Je account verwijder je zelf in de app, onder Profiel. Voor de rest mail je naar privacy@sipapp.eu.
- Inzage en kopie: je krijgt al je gegevens in een bestand dat je kan openen of meenemen (CSV).
- Correctie: je naam en budget pas je zelf aan in de app; voor de rest helpen we je.
- Verwijdering: je account en alles wat eraan hangt, verdwijnen binnen 30 dagen.
- Toestemming intrekken: voor de analytics in de app onder Profiel, voor je drinkgegevens door je account te verwijderen.
- Bezwaar en beperking: tegen de verwerking op basis van gerechtvaardigd belang.
- Klacht: ben je niet tevreden met ons antwoord, dan kan je terecht bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussel, gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
Wijzigingen en contact
Passen we deze verklaring aan, dan zie je de nieuwe datum bovenaan. Bij een belangrijke wijziging laten we het je eerst weten in de app. Vragen of verzoeken stuur je naar privacy@sipapp.eu.

Quelles données sip conserve
sip demande uniquement ce qui est nécessaire pour suivre ton budget. Tes données de consommation sont sensibles : elles disent quelque chose de ton mode de vie et peut-être de ta santé. C’est pourquoi nous les traitons selon les règles les plus strictes.

Tu peux retirer ton consentement à tout moment. Pour tes données de consommation, cela signifie supprimer ton compte, car sip ne fonctionne pas sans elles. sip ne prend aucune décision automatisée te concernant et ne crée aucun profil publicitaire.
Qui voit tes données
Toi seul, et ton buddy si tu en connectes un. Nous ne vendons jamais tes données et ne les partageons jamais avec des annonceurs.
- Ton buddy voit ton nom, ton budget mensuel et tes consommations, y compris tes notes. Si tu te déconnectes, ton buddy ne voit plus rien à partir de ce moment.
- Nos prestataires traitent des données uniquement pour notre compte, avec un contrat de sous-traitance :

- Apple et Google distribuent l’app via leur App Store et Google Play. Ce qu’ils traitent à cette occasion relève de leur propre politique de confidentialité.
- Les autorités reçoivent des données uniquement si la loi nous y oblige.
Dans l’app, Google Analytics mesure uniquement les écrans et fonctions que tu utilises, et seulement si tu l’autorises. Ce que tu bois, quand et combien n’est jamais transmis. Le site sipapp.eu n’utilise aucun service tiers de mesure ou de publicité ; voir la politique de cookies.
Où et combien de temps nous conservons
Les données de ton app se trouvent sur un serveur en Belgique et y restent jusqu’à la suppression de ton compte.

Tes droits
Tu as toujours le droit d’accéder à tes données, de les corriger, de les faire supprimer et d’en recevoir une copie. Tu supprimes ton compte toi-même dans l’app, sous Profil. Pour le reste, écris à privacy@sipapp.eu.
- Accès et copie : tu reçois toutes tes données dans un fichier que tu peux ouvrir ou emporter (CSV).
- Rectification : tu modifies toi-même ton nom et ton budget dans l’app ; pour le reste, nous t’aidons.
- Suppression : ton compte et tout ce qui s’y rattache disparaissent sous 30 jours.
- Retrait du consentement : pour les statistiques d’utilisation de l’app, sous Profil ; pour tes données de consommation, en supprimant ton compte.
- Opposition et limitation : contre le traitement fondé sur l’intérêt légitime.
- Plainte : si notre réponse ne te satisfait pas, tu peux t’adresser à l’Autorité de protection des données, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Bruxelles, autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
Modifications et contact
Si nous modifions cette déclaration, tu verras la nouvelle date en haut de la page. En cas de changement important, nous te le signalons d’abord dans l’app. Pour toute question ou demande, écris à privacy@sipapp.eu.

Which data sip keeps
sip only asks for what it needs to keep track of your budget. Your drinking data is sensitive: it says something about your lifestyle and possibly your health. That is why we handle it under the strictest rules.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. For your drinking data that means deleting your account, because sip does not work without that data. sip makes no automated decisions about you and builds no advertising profiles.
Who sees your data
Only you, and your buddy if you link one. We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers.
- Your buddy sees your name, your monthly budget and your drinks, including your notes. If you unlink, your buddy sees nothing from that moment on.
- Our service providers process data only on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:

- Apple and Google deliver the app through their App Store and Google Play. What they process in doing so falls under their own privacy policies.
- Authorities receive data only when the law requires us to hand it over.
In the app, Google Analytics only measures which screens and features you use, and only if you allow it. What you drink, when and how much never goes along. The website sipapp.eu uses no third-party measurement or advertising services; see the cookie policy.
Where and how long we keep it
Your app data is stored on a server in Belgium and stays there until you delete your account.

Your rights
You always have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to receive a copy of it. You delete your account yourself in the app, under Profile. For anything else, email privacy@sipapp.eu.
- Access and copy: you get all your data in a file you can open or take with you (CSV).
- Correction: you change your name and budget yourself in the app; for the rest we help you.
- Deletion: your account and everything attached to it disappear within 30 days.
- Withdrawing consent: for app analytics under Profile; for your drinking data by deleting your account.
- Objection and restriction: against processing based on legitimate interest.
- Complaint: if you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.
